We want your order from the Botun store to arrive quickly, safely, and without complications.
📦 ORDER PROCESSING
We process all orders within:
- 1–2 business days
👉 Orders received on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
🚚 DELIVERY TIMES
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- 🇭🇷 Croatia: 2–5 business days
- 🇪🇺 European Union: 3–10 business days
👉 In most cases, packages arrive even earlier.
💶 SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost is displayed:
- before checkout completion
📌 We occasionally offer:
- free shipping (promotional)
📍 TRACKING SHIPMENT
After dispatch, you will receive:
📩 an email with tracking information
👉 This way, you can always see where your shipment is located.
⚠️ POTENTIAL DELAYS
Although we do everything to ensure fast delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to:
- delivery service
- weather conditions
- holidays and increased parcel volume
👉 In such situations, we ask for your understanding.
📦 RECEIVING THE SHIPMENT
Please, upon receipt:
- check the condition of the package
- report any damage immediately to the delivery person
👉 Subsequent complaints for transport damage may not be accepted.
❗ INCORRECT ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data.
If you enter an incorrect address:
- delays may occur
- additional shipping costs
👉 These costs are borne by the customer.
📭 UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is returned because it was not collected:
- we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery
- or reduce the refund by the shipping cost
👉 This is important because delivery services charge for returns.
🌍 DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE EU
For orders outside the EU:
- additional customs duties and taxes may apply
- these costs are borne by the customer
