We want you to be satisfied with every purchase at Botun store.

If something isn't as you expected – we are here to resolve it quickly and easily.


🔁 PRODUCT RETURN (14 DAYS)

You have the right to return within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.

How to request a return:

  1. Send us an email to: [insert email]
  2. Provide:
    • order number
    • first and last name
    • reason for return (optional, but helps us)
  3. We will send you instructions for return

📦 Conditions for return

In order for us to approve a return, the product must be:

  • unused and unworn
  • undamaged
  • in original condition
  • with original packaging (if applicable)

👉 We reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions are not met.


❗ What cannot be returned

For customer protection and hygienic reasons:

  • earrings (if worn)
  • products showing signs of use
  • personalized products
  • products without original packaging

🚚 Cost of return

  • the cost of return is borne by the customer
  • we recommend sending with shipment tracking

👉 We are not responsible for lost shipments during return.


💶 REFUND

After we receive and inspect the product:

  • refund will be issued within 14 days
  • refund will be made using the same payment method

👉 The refund may be reduced if the product is not returned in its original condition.


🔄 PRODUCT EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange a product (e.g., size):

  • contact us by email
  • exchange is possible if the product meets the return conditions

👉 The cost of exchange delivery is borne by the customer (unless it's our mistake).


⚠️ COMPLAINTS (DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT)

If you received:

  • damaged product
  • wrong product
  • product with a defect

👉 contact us immediately or no later than 7 days from receipt

How to report a complaint:

Send an email with:

  • order number
  • description of the problem
  • photos of the product

🛠️ Complaint resolution

After inspection, we offer:

  • product replacement
  • repair (if applicable)
  • refund

👉 In this case, we bear the costs.


💎 SPECIAL FOR JEWELRY

Our jewelry requires careful use.

We do not cover complaints for:

  • damage due to water, perfume, or chemicals
  • breakages caused by improper use
  • normal wear and tear

👗 SPECIAL FOR CLOTHING

  • please check sizes before purchase
  • clothing must be unworn and unwashed

👉 Worn or washed clothing cannot be returned.


⛔ RESPONSIBILITY UPON RECEIPT

Please, upon receipt:

  • inspect the package
  • report damage to the delivery person immediately

👉 Subsequent claims for transport damage may not be accepted.
