2. OUR PRODUCTS

At Botun, we offer:

  • ✨ jewelry (bracelets, rings, earrings…)
  • 👗 clothing (dresses, fashion items…)

We strive to ensure that:

  • photos are realistic
  • descriptions are accurate

👉 However, minor differences may occur in:

  • color (due to screens)
  • size (handmade or cut)

3. HOW TO ORDER

Purchasing is simple:

  1. Select product
  2. Add to cart
  3. Enter details
  4. Confirm order

📩 You will then receive a confirmation email.

The purchase agreement is considered concluded at that moment.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT
  • Delivery is calculated separately (unless it's free)

Payment methods:

  • cards (Visa, Mastercard…)
  • online banking
  • cash on delivery (if available)

5. DELIVERY

We work with reliable delivery services 🚚

Delivery times:

  • Croatia: 2–5 business days
  • EU: 3–10 business days

Delivery cost is visible before payment.

👉 Note: sometimes delays may occur due to the delivery service or unforeseen circumstances.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (14 DAYS)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase 💛

If you're not — you have the right to return within 14 days.

How it works:

  • send us an email
  • return the product

Conditions:

  • product is unworn
  • not damaged
  • in original condition and packaging

📦 The cost of return is borne by the buyer.

7. REFUND

Once we receive the returned product:

  • refund will be issued within 14 days
  • we will use the same payment method (unless otherwise agreed)

8. COMPLAINTS

If something is wrong, we are here for you.

You can contact us if:

  • the product is damaged
  • you received the wrong item
  • there is a defect in the product

  • description of the problem
  • photos

We will respond within 15 days.

9. SPECIFICALLY FOR JEWELRY

To make your jewelry last longer:

  • avoid contact with water and perfumes
  • remove jewelry before sleeping or sports

👉 We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use.

10. SPECIFICALLY FOR CLOTHING

  • check the size chart before purchasing
  • small differences in cut and material are possible

👉 Worn or washed clothing cannot be returned.

11. PROTECTION OF YOUR DATA

Your data is safe 🔒

We use it only for:

  • order processing
  • communication

All in accordance with GDPR.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a problem arises:

  • we will first try to resolve everything by agreement 🤝
  • you have the right to use the EU ODR platform

The competent court is in the Republic of Croatia.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions.
