All orders are processed within:
- 1–2 business days
👉 Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🚚 DELIVERY TIMES
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- 🇭🇷 Croatia: 2–5 business days
- 🇪🇺 European Union: 3–10 business days
👉 In most cases, packages arrive even earlier.
💶 SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost is displayed:
- before completing the purchase (checkout)
📌 We occasionally offer:
- free shipping (promotional)
📍 PACKAGE TRACKING
After dispatch, you will receive:
📩 an email with tracking information
👉 This way you can always see where your package is located.
⚠️ POSSIBLE DELAYS
Although we do everything to ensure fast delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to:
- delivery service
- weather conditions
- holidays and increased volume of shipments
👉 In such situations, we ask for your understanding.
📦 PACKAGE RECEPTION
Upon receipt, please:
- check the condition of the package
- report any damage to the delivery person immediately
👉 Subsequent claims for damage in transit may not be accepted.
❗ INCORRECT ADDRESS
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data.
If you enter an incorrect address:
- delays may occur
- additional delivery costs
👉 These costs are borne by the buyer.
📭 UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is returned because it was not claimed:
- we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery
- or reduce the refund by the shipping cost
👉 This is important because delivery services charge for returns.
🌍 DELIVERY OUTSIDE EU
For orders outside the EU:
- additional customs duties and taxes may apply
- these costs are borne by the buyer
